Take the title as a evil laugh of a slightly mad Brewmonkey. We are there the brewery is wired, plumbed and working. Below is the first rise in water temperature the brew has had (ok bar the kettle which has been on over time)

Oh that's not in the plan.

Well I have done really well with this build. The brewery from plan to completion has gone very well. We have only had four unforeseen problems. Hence why i am typing this at nearly 12:30 on Monday night. So a big thanks to PK, AK, DZ and AW. Thanks guys the help was very useful.
Right time for some sleep and back to this madness tomorrow.
