Research time!

Well after planning going in, i decided to have a weekend off. Which was rather good timing as one of my local pubs had a beer festival on for the weekend. So i decided to go do some research.......

Planning application is in.......

What more do you need to know. We have started the planning application process for the brewery site. Its a long process but its started.
Next is for the brewhouse design to be finalised and then finish off the support systems.
Just for those that haven't seen were we start with this. it all starts with technical drawings like this....

ok time to go and be very geeky and enjoy designing my perfect brewery. Then to see what of that i can get my hands on.
