Here is a quick hello, I'm writing this blog to keep people informed on whats going on as i aim to build my own brewery.
But first a quick introduction. I'm a brewer with 6 years experience and a degree in brewing. I've wanted my own brewery for ten years and now we are getting close enough to start talking about it. I won't be telling you all the details but there will be some insights into the project maybe a few photos and a place that the news will hit first.
